Wonderful experience. We arrived well ahead of our check in time and they allowed us to access our room early since it was available. Great customer service, beautiful building, atmosphere and room. Excellent breakfast in very nice breakfast room. They have a nice patio and outdoor area as well but it was quite chilly the day we visited. Location right by the train station and close to transit stops.
Very conveniently located close to the Santa Lucia station. Great experience during check-in, front desk was very professional with service. Room was not as spacious but VERY cozy, comfortable and clean. Not forgetting we got a spectacular view of Venice from our room as well at the fifth floor!! Breakfast was super too.
Overall a fantastic stay for my wife and myself, we enjoyed it so much to say the least.
Angela front desk was wonderful. Gave us a city map advise where to go and eat. Service was wonderful. Housekeeping was nice and generous. Breakfast host was nice and always smile. Next to train station very convenient.
Will come back again but ask for river view

Like many other Hotel in Venice, it’s an old building. But the location is just perfect.
Service is excellent.
Breakfast is delicious.
I would recommend you purchase breakfast plan.
However, I recommend you buy some water from the train station or Coop supermarket nearby. As they don’t provide you free water.
This hotel is perfect - we arrived by train and it’s mere steps from the station. A perfect central location. Angela at reception was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful room with a cute courtyard beside. Quiet despite a very busy area. Beautiful room.
If I come back to Venice - this will be the hotel I stay at next time!

Stayed for 2 nights. Found it hard to sleep. The room staff entered the room even though we asked not to be disturbed. And then noise kept blaring from the streets, unable to leave windows open during winter when the AC doesn’t work. The …
